1. Registration is required to purchase any items on
All customer data entered on the registration form must correspond to the person or entity wishing to create the user account on the site. To that end, customers must ensure that all data entered on the registration form truthfully corresponds to their current situation. Consequently, customers shall be accountable to “Tés y más” or third parties for any damage caused by breaching any of their obligations assumed under this clause. Once the registration form has been submitted, “Tés y más” shall grant access as a registered user, and customers can then buy anything they wish from the site.

3. MINIMUM ORDER. There is no minimum order.
All orders will be shipped by certified parcel post (PAQUETE AZUL DE CORREOS). Orders will be shipped to the customer’s address (within 4-8 business days after delivery to the post office). Whenever it is impossible to deliver an order, a notice will be left for the customer to collect it from the nearest post office within 15 days.
– CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: “Tés y más” has a secure payment gateway established with Banco Popular, which accepts most card types. Customers must provide the data requested by the Bank, which will be automatically encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, in order to ensure maximum security. “Tés y más” will not have access to this data. It will only be available to the Bank. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide any of the products selected and paid for by you, we will refund the full amount to your account within 48 hours (2 business days), by means of the same payment method used by you.
5. DELIVERY TIME: Once your payment has cleared on our system, we will ship your order within three business days, and never more than 30 days in the unlikely event that the item ordered is out of stock or due to force majeure.
6. EXCHANGES & RETURNS: “Tés y más” undertakes to exchange or return goods within 15 days of receipt of order, and customers will not be required to provide a reason, with the exception of food products, which can only be exchanged or returned if they are in bad condition. Any costs for returning or exchanging goods shall be borne by the customer. “Tés y más” does not accept cash on delivery for any goods. 7. COMPLAINTS: If any problems arise in the business relationship that cannot be resolved by “Tés y más” within 20 days from notification by the customer, both parties shall submit to the Consumer Arbitration Board of Gipuzkoa, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, and agree to comply with the arbitration decision issued by that Board. If the decision given is cancelled and revoked, both parties shall submit to the Courts of Gipuzkoa, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction if different.
